You can arrange to meet with a clinician either face-to-face, via phone, video or online LiveChat.

  • LiveChat: Start a conversation via website chat by accessing the green chat icon in the bottom right corner. Please note that the chat icon is only displayed when our coaches are online and available.
  • MyCoach Message platform: Post an online message whilst logged in to BeneHub. We respond to these messages within one (1) business day. You will need to log back in to the message platform to access the response.


To allow us to give you the best support, please email us with an outline of your situation or the areas you’d like assistance with and a Benestar coach will respond with suggestions and resources.
